New Blaze, no dongle

Hi, I just got a new blaze and it didn't come with a wireless dongle. I've attempted to use dongles that I had for other fitbits but I can't seem to complete the set up without it. Any advice?

The dongle is not meant to be required for the Blaze, but some people have reported they cannot set it up without.  In that case I believe if you get in touch with Fitbit they will send you one.  Having said that, the dongle is exactly the same as for the other Fitbits, so if you have one of those it will be no different from what Fitbit will send you.

 

If you post details of the difficulty you are having getting it set up, someone may be able to help.
