Hello.

Just received my Blaze.

I am getting www.fitbit.com/setup on screen. while updating software in my Fitbit app, it said the battery level of Blaze is too low. So i am connecting to my computer USB for charging but it seems its not getting charged. I am not getting any Battery sign on Blaze.

its been more than one hour and when i try to update Fitbit app, it still say that Blaze is not enough charged. and on Blaze, while charging, i still get www.fitbit.com/setup on screen when i touch.

Welcome to the forums.

It needs to be charged for at least 2 hours. The Setup screen will not go away until its set up and then you should see the Battery Icon

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Hi, I am also facing the same issue.  I bought my blaze tracker today and tried to update my tracker but the app says the battery is too low to continue.  Does it mean that it is charging even though it doesn't show the battery charging sign?  It only shows the setup page on the tracker now.

Hi..
I figured out my solution partly.. i charged my tracker with iPhone adapter for 2 full hours. And then it was charged fully. I still need to test charging with computer USB.
So you try charging with IPhone for 2 hours. Then update the software in app.. it should start then only..

Best of luck

As long as you felt a vibration when connected it up, then yes.

It's great to welcome you @Najam.S@ZeroAwaken@WendyB and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

If you are seeing a fitbit.com/setup message on your tracker's display, it means that your Blaze needs to be paired. First, as recommended fully charge your tracker and then take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there to create an account.

See you later. Woman Wink

Thanks for all the advices.  It had successfully updated and functioned nicely after letting it charged for some time.  It is actually charging even though it only showed the setup screen.
