New Blaze not charging

Ive just bought a Fitbit Blaze, ive downloaded the app on my samsung and tried to download the lastest version as instructed.  The battery is too low so ive followed the instructions to charge, placing the lead into mu computers USB and placing the fitbit in the charge craddle.  Everything aligned but the charge bar isnt showing on the screen.  it doesnt seem to be charging.  Any advice greatly appreciated

have the same problem.  and received today a new blaze from fitbit and still does not work

Sid the Blaze vibrate when it was connected uo to the charger? If so it is charging,  there will be no other charging inducator until it is setup.

A 30 minute charge should be enough, or set it up while it is charging.

Am i being stupid...had a replacment tracker. Plugged it in but yet still
no charge. Wont download updates

Hello, just saw your message,

same thing happened to me yesterday. I called the help line. They helped me get it working.

I thought mine wasn't charging because the battery icon wasn't showing up. The icon doesn't show up until the software updates. I had to leave mine plugged into the laptop for quite a few hours.

Thanks for the info....ive managed to finally download software and get it
up and running. Yippee
