Just upgraded from Charge HR to Blaze. Went to set up, but phone won't connect to the tracker. It is stuck on "connecting to tracker." Also, put the face on the charger but the display only says "fitbit.com/setup." Not getting the symbol that it is in fact charging. Anyone else have these issues?

Doing a search i find that when the setup message is there the battery icon will not be seen.
I would check out Fitbit's help doc on trouble shooting setup problems.

Hey there @LadySooner, Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
I'd recommend that after having the Blaze charging for a while, restart it to ensure that it will connect to your phone. Restart it by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and once it's back on, you can proceed with the setup process. For that, go on your phone into the Account section and then tap on "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Also, it's important to check that your phone is compatible for syncing with your tracker. Check this list of compatible devices to be sure.

I'm having a similar problem. I left my new Blaze charging for a few hours while I was out. Came home to set it up and the initial firmware update that was supposed to take "up to 10 minutes" achieved about 20% completion over the course of an hour. Now I can't even continue the initial set up as it say the battery is too low and I don't think it's charging (despite being connected to the charger and my computer).

Hey @Taurobaby81 @Osfan07, welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
@Taurobaby81, it sounds like you're trying to set up your tracker from the bluetooth settings on your phone. For setting up your tracker, you need to do this from the App. Please make sure you've downloaded the Fitbit app from your app store and then go to the Account section and from here tap on "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions. This should help.
@Osfan07, In your situation, try to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This should make the tracker to reboot and then you can charge your tracker and try to set it up again and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team and they will be happy to help you out.
