I have just received brand new Blaze.
(Previously I already got an Alta).
I cannot connect the Blaze to get charging. It continually displaying "fitbit.com/setup".
When I trying to do setting, the app ask me to enter number from my tracker.
However the tracker doesn't show anything but fitbit.com/setup.
I am desperate, What should I do.

Welcome to the Community @MarcBluestone and @eyalon! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. Before setting up, make sure it's properly charged so it can update itself and properly charge. Also, make sure that you're doing this set up procedure. In case, you're still not able to set it up the tracker then follow this steps Why can't I set up my tracker?.
Once, the Blaze is set up to your Dashboard you'll be able to see your daily stats and not fitbit.com/setup.

Same problem. Just got it and when charging thru computer I am not getting the battery symbol. Just the fitbit.com/setup. Do you see the battery symbol?

To add to @SilviaFitbit's post. If thr traxker has the setup message, you guys won't see any charging indicator. If the tracker vibrates when plugging in, it is charging.
