New Blaze stuck on set up, has synced

Hi there,  I finally got round to buying a Fitbit product after hmmming and aahhing for a while and have just bough the Blaze. But since I've had it I cannot get it to do anything at all.  I have set it up through my S6 and the phone app is telling me that it is synced but that the battery was low and now saying battery is empty.  The Blaze itself just has the Fitbit logo and fitbit.com/setup on the screen, which is all it's has since I first turned it on, with the exception of the Bluetooth code that came on when connecting.  The Blaze has been connected to a power source - through a laptop running Windows 10 and also into a USB plug on the mains - for over 4 hours.  Does anyone know if this is a problem with the charger or the Fitbit itself?  Please help as I've scoured the pages on here but to no avail.  Thanks

you have not set it up correctly. Please try again

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
