Stuff the manual missed (and you have to know and are afraid to ask)
I've swiped over to stopwatch - how do I get it to start?
rapidly tap the screen, then touch the play button.
I've swiped over to stopwatch, selected countdown - how do I get it to start?
rapidly tap the screen, then touch the play button.
How do I turn notifications off quickly if I'm going into a meeting?
Press and hold the upper right button, touch "notifications off"
How do I view notifications quickly?
Press and hold the lower right button until they pop up so you can scroll through them
or if you are on the watch face (press home (left) button) swipe up.
On the home watch face, double tap to toggle through the static "front face) daily stats.
(i.e. default is HR, first double tap is miles, then toggles through stats, until the date)

Just to add to, not trying to hijack the thread, but on the exercises you can rearrange the order they appear on your Blaze from your phone app. Just go to your exercise short cuts and hold down and drag them into the order you want, much like rearrange your icons on your phone home screen.

No, sorry wheel, only way I've found is swipe to settings, double tap face and scroll to shut down.
A lot quicker than holding buttons for a half minute though 😉

Only need to tap the face once instead of double tap.
Same for other faces like Timer, Stopwatch, Countdown.. no need rapidly tap those..

Hello @breno1978 welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to know you have a Blaze. I'm in love with mine , now your tracker shouldn't count steps when you're sleeping unless you move your arms a lot while asleep or if you walk in the night or something like that, please try restarting your tracker and review the Sleep tracking FAQs to read more about the sleep sensitivity settings on your tracker.
Let me know if this helps! 🙂
