New Blaze won't charge

Just received a new blaze in the mail. The screen will not leave the message "fitbit.com/setup". I try to connect it to my phone and update, but it says the battery is too low. I have it plugged into my computer now and know that it's properly connected to the charging base as my computer notifies me when it's plugged in or not, but it isn't charging. Any ideas?

A big battery icon should briefly come up on the screen when it's in the cradle - is that not happening?

 

Try using a USB port on the back of your computer, too, and see if anything changes.

It is charging. Give it a couple hours and try and set it up again. When its set up the message will go away and you will see the battery charging
