New Blaze won’t power on

I received my new Blaze in the mail about a couple hours ago. Per the instructions on my phone, I put it in the charger and went through the set up process. I took it out of the charger, but it turned off. I put it back in the charger, it shows one red battery bar. So I let it charge for an hour until the battery bar showed full and green. But it turns off completely when I take it out of the charger. I tried doing the reset thing with the left button and the bottom right button, but nothing happens. When I put it BACK in the charger, it again shows just one red bar, and the charging process starts all over again. HELP!!
