New Blaze won't turn on, reset many times

New Blaze. Unboxed, battery icon showed red for a second then no display.

Put it in charger, no display. Charged for several hours then tried to use it. Nothing.

Reset it according to instructions - I get the logo, a quick vibration, then the screen goes black again. Tried resetting several times, same result.

Left it in a different charger overnight. Tried again this morning but it still won't boot.

Did I get a faulty unit? Very frustrated!
