New Blaze wont turn on

Just bought a new Blaze connect it to the computer to charge and nothing happens its been on charge for 3 hours and still wont turn on and nothing comes on the screen. Needs some help please the charger works because a friend put is blaze into the holder and the battery icon comes up on his.

Have you tried plugging the charger into a wall outlet instead of the computer?

Yes I have and still nothing been on charge four hours now

If your tracker is not turning on, I recommend restarting it. After the restart procedure, please take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
