Hello.
I've just purchased a Fitbit Blaze.
Sitting in its cradle I was able to set it up with my iPhone, and when all was done I took it from the charging cradle and nothing.
I can't get the screen to turn on.
I've tried the resetting, with the left and bottom right button.
When it's in its cradle now, hooked up to the wall, it shows the Fitbit logo, then disappears, and this repeats.
However, if I hold the cradle together with slight pressure on the cradle case, it starts up and shows the watch face and I can scroll through like I would be using it on my wrist. But once the pressure is taken off, it turns off and becomes useless again.
Any help would be appreciated.

How long was it in the charger unit for? The first thing I'd do is leave it for 3 or 4 hours to hopefully take on a good charge. I'm assuming that the charging unit latches closed OK.
I have to say that the cycling Fitbit logo doesn't look promising but if it's low on power then anything may happen.

I would say it was in there for maybe two hours.
The cradle clicks closed but just doesn't seem to be tight enough for the Fitbit to actually respond.
I have an elastic band wrapped around it at the moment, so maybe I'll just leave it overnight and keep my fingers crossed.

Just an update guys. It's been charging for about six hours now. And I still can't use it unless it's in the cradle sadly.
