I just received a brand new unit - Blaze - yesterday. Went through the set up app on my cell phone - no issues, except the battery icon comes up showing it is charging in the cradle, but it get a second bar and then does not finish charging. I have tried my computer and wall plug where i charge my cell phone - but it still won't change - left it in the chase cradle overnight... still not changed.
How do i fix it? Where can I look to find the answer to the problem?
