New Fitbit Blaze not working out of the charger

My brand new Fitbit blaze does not hold charge, I literally took it out of the box and nothing came on screen I plugged it into the usb and was able to set up, got a notification to say the battery was fully charged I opened the dock it went off, closed it and the screen lit up but battery was empty did the same thing again when got botified the battery was full. Opened the dock it went off again, help me!! I literally got it delivered on Thursday and opened it last night! Never had a problem with my charge 2
