Got our Fitbits today. Mine was able to sync and set up. My husband's says it's connected to set up, but won't finish any set up and download. The lights on the back of mine are on (green) but his are not on at all. He has been unable to set it up. On his Blaze all he gets is the Fitbit set up screen.

I would take it back and exchange it where ever you bought it.

Hi Wendy,
Guess what? I turned my Fitbit off, and he was able to sync his and get it going!! Never thought that mine was interfering with his via the Bluetooth!!
