Bought a new blaze and charged it all night. It had a full charge when I unplugged it at 4:30 am but was completely dead by 4:30 pm. Only lasted 12 hours. Tried chatting and got no where other than more frustration. No answer to email so hopefully you all can shed some light

What did you do with it in that time? Any use of Connected GPS etc?

No gps, just all day sync and call and text notifications. The customer service advice was turn all features off but if I can’t use it for the purpose I bought it for and what my charge hr did gor years why bother having it.
