New blaze charged but not working

Hi, I just bought a new blaze. It says it is charged but once I take it out of the charger it will not turn on. I am very confused as to why this is happening. I have tried the reset option a million times but nothing has changed. It will only work in the charger.

I'm sorry you're having problems getting started with your new Fitbit Blaze.

 

When you have a new Blaze, nothing will show up on the display. This means that if you put it to charge, you will not see a battery indicator to let you know that it's charging or you will only see the "fitbit.com/setup" message. So, if you've already put it to charge for a while (I'd recommend at least one hour), feel free with proceeding with the setup process.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

It is already set up and syncing and it is fully charged. It will not work out of the charger.
