Recently purchased a Fitbit blaze. Completely charged it and set it up whilst in the charging cradle.

As soon as its removed from charger it turns off. Has no power only when in charger cradle.

Have reset 3 times with no success.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Welcome to the Community @Thomaseno! I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't charging. Please check the following, to make sure your Blaze charges properly:

- The contacts on the tracker or charging cable are dirty.

- The USB port or outlet is faulty.

- The tracker isn’t connected securely to the charging cable.

- The tracker is malfunctioning.

If after checked this, your tracker is still not responding then do a restart. Finally, please reach out to Customer Support so they further help.

Hope this helps.
