Welcome to the Community @Thomaseno! I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't charging. Please check the following, to make sure your Blaze charges properly:
- The contacts on the tracker or charging cable are dirty.
- The USB port or outlet is faulty.
- The tracker isn’t connected securely to the charging cable.
- The tracker is malfunctioning.
If after checked this, your tracker is still not responding then do a restart. Finally, please reach out to Customer Support so they further help.
