New blaze won't charge

Hi brought the blaze yesturday tried to set it up this morning wouldn't let me as it said it needed charging... So I put it on charge but it's not saying it's charging it just says go to Fitbit to set up just checking this is normal!?

Welcome to the Community @Stella90! 🙂

 

Whenever you charge your Blaze, a battery indicator should appear for a couple of seconds and then it should go away and the setup screen should come up.

 

If you don't see the battery indicator try to restart the tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds and then puti t to charge again and see if this makes any difference. If not, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team and they will be very happy to help you out with this.
