Success for me yayayaya
I grabbed my emergency chargery batterie kit ( ANKER) and stuck it on charge for 30 minutes.
I then connected it to my pc and voila it updated.

Cool! @GavinK,
You might find that the phone charger will work.

Occasionally I’ll have issues with my Fitbit blaze not charging. I put it in the cradle and it just blinks red on the battery. I usually only have this problem when I’ve let the battery die or get close to dying. Try going over into settings on your watch and scroll down to click shutdown. Once your screen goes blank click the left side button to turn it back on and put it in the cradle again. That has worked for me. The only other issue I had was when I didn’t update it when an update was available. Hope that helps because it’s a great watch. I’ve had mine for 2 years now.
