New blaze won't connect to galaxy s4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Brand new blaze says fitbit.com/setup

Fitbit app on galaxy s4 won't connect. Phone is up to date. Bluetooth is on.

Have restarted both the blaze and the phone.

I can see the blaze from the bluetooth devices list, but the app won't connect.

What's left?

Thanks

Hello @d549 you say it won't connect, at what step does it fail?

Also you did not try to pair it manualy, dod you?

In the the fitbit app after agreeing to the T&C it says "is your blaze
powered on" with a try again button.

Then, after trying again it presents a screen with three options, all of
which I've tried, none have worked.

Hat might these three oltions be? Im u familiar with them.

For the help document on setting up and troubleshooting setup see http://help.fitbit.com?q=setup

The three options are 'instructions' rather than options:
Make sure your tracker is charged and turned on - It's been charging for a
while, but on the fitbit.com/setup screen, it gives no indication of the
charge level.

Restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons. - I did
that. No change.

Turn off bluetooth on your mobile device, then turn on again. I did that.
No change.

I've had a fairly thorough run through the help documentation, and none of
it has, well, helped.

Thanks.

As mentioned many times in these forums, the charge indicator will not show while the setup message is isplayed.

You have also restarted the phone.

Check if the tracker shows in the phones Bluetooth and if so remove it.
