I just purchased the blaze, downloaded the app, and got to the point where I am required to perform an update. However, it won't allow me to do the update because the battery is too low. I have had it plugged infor over 24 hours and it still won't download due to low battery. I tried doing the manual reset but still not working. Please help!!!

A couple of thoughts, make sure that the contacts on the Blaze line up with the contacts on the charger.
Try another USB port or your phone's changing wall wort.
If the display is of, when connecting it to the powered up charger the display should turn on.
It should only take 30 minutes to get enough to update the tracker.
