Hello everyone,
i know another annoying faces request message...
But let me explain myself.
I worked in R&D for the last 20 years.
I know your focus is on new products to compete the quick changing market.
There is my point.
To give the costumer a chance to buy your product, you must have nice and solid products.
But you also need to keep them happy once they have a product.
And for the Blaze, in my opinion, there no more focus to keep us happy.
I'm waiting for new rich aviator style face since I bought mine 2 years ago.
I come to check the forum once in a while, and I see a radio silence from you gives.
Unfortunately, this silence tells me I should consider to buy my next watch somewhere else. As you know, there' a lot of nice product out there.
I'm ready to give a chance to serious company to enjoy my experience with there products. But in this case I think it is not serious.
Thank you very much.
Stephane

Hi there @Stefbol. Great to have you in the Community Forums! 🙂
Thanks a lot for bringing this up and I totally understand where you're coming from. Now, we don't have any news on new clock faces coming out anytime soon or at least, there are no plans on new releases at the moment.
Again, thanks a lot for your feedback and thanks a lot also for your comprehension.
If there's anything else I can do for you, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

I have to agree with you Stef, The Ionic has over 100 faces to choose from (says so in a blog post from December) but the blaze only has 12, none of which suit my needs fully (dark face, big heart rate monitor, calorie burn. closest I can get is moment, but the heart rate is tiny and difficult to see whilst running, and I really don't need the date).
I feel like the blaze only ever got 1 major OS update to address this which just isn't enough for a product that costs this much. I'm a web developer and if I created a product, gave it one major update, then left it to die, I wouldn't consider myself a very good dev.
I think I'll be going to someone like polar soon, as the blaze's HR monitor still doesn't work properly through sweat, and the features just aren't good enough to support the price tag.

I totally agree with this, its a shame and very regretful that a company with a product they still sell, are unwilling to do any updates on their software. What does that say for these new products they keep pumping out.
Why did they release the Ionic only to release another product (versa) less than a year later. I still have my Blaze but i have left fitbit, moved to samsung last year just because of this non-commitment to existing members and the chase for new members.

I thought that when the blaze came out, It would also have customizable faces and menus. I'm dissapointed that now my $200 last year is forgotten because of the Ionic and the Versa. It's not very fair, but they sure made lots of $$$ off it.
Please, Fitbit, what happened to your customer satisfaction?! Right now, if you do something nice for us Fitbit Blaze users (like listen to some feature suggestions that people actually voted a lot for), I will recommend Fitbit products to everyone I know, but as it is now I would rather look into Apple watches than the Versa, because I know it's just a repackaged Blaze
