I bought a Fitbit Blaze, received it 10/23/18. I charged it, set it up, wore it all night and all day on 10/24/18, wore that might and the battery is just about dead and the dang thing won't sync either.....this is brand new what do I do?!

Where did you buy it? The Blaze has been out of production since the beginning of the year. It may have been sitting on a shelf somewhere with a completely dead battery.
I would return it.

Look at the forums - the Blaze product line is garbage because of a software/firmware update that Fitbit has yet to address.
