My fitbit blaze device doesnt celebrate when i complete my Steps goal. I tried restarting my device. I also tried by disabling and enabling the Reminders to walk notification.

 

Please help

Hi there @Shahnaz153. Great to see you in the Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry your Blaze is not showing the celebration when you reach your step goal. Now, I'd like to know if you're referring to your daily step goal or to your hourly step goal.

Since you've already tried restarting your tracker and switching the reminders to move notification, I can probably recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
