Hi, can anyone offer any suggestions on my new fitbit blaze?
I literally got it today and it has synced to my phone but won't get past setup screen as there is not enough battery to update firmware. I tried to charge it but after 2 and a half hours (all the time no battery symbol) it is still saying the same thing.
I have tried unpairing the device and starting again and the 10 second restart using the left and bottom right buttons.
It is currently back on charge (and no battery symbol visible)!
Help!!!

@MrsWilliams16 Until you set up the Blaze, you will not see any battery indicator. What phone are you trying to set up the tracker on? You need to set up the tracker through the app - don't try and pair through bluetooth first. (The app does all that for you )
