New phone but my Blaze won't connect to Bluetooth

I got a samsung s8 and my blaze won' connect to my Bluetooth. I chatted with someone online at fitbit and they said I would have to get a new device or the s8 doesn't pair with my fitbit. Online it says it does though.

I know many with the galaxy S8 and no problems. 

The steps when getting a new phone are rather easy. 

Turn old phone off or move it at least 50 feet away. 

Download app

Run app

Log into your Fitbit account 

Grant any permissions being asked. 

Your setup. 

 

If it doesn't work. We have a sync problem.
