I just got the LG G6 and it says that this phone can't sync with my phone when I looked to see if it was compatible the phone didn't show up what do I need to do.

@cc1825 the first thing i wpuld dp is try.

Install the fitbit app, log in, since the tracker is still connected to your account, the app will try and sync. Let us know what happens.

PS. If the olx phone is nearby, make sure that it is off.
