No HR on a new Blaze

Hi, have my new Blaze since yesterday and no HR. Did a restart of the Blaze, still nothing.

Hi @dropperpinker

 

If not already done, feel free to check out if the heart rate setting is turned on (on the fitbit blaze itself in the settings).

 

When it does, fastest to exchange at the store of purchase. If purchased from Amazon.. needing to exchange at amazon, if purchased at a local store (fastest to exchange at the store with receipt).

In settings it was on auto. I switched it to on, but nothing happens. It was baught via the fitbit store

I don't see any mention of the problem details @dropperpinker.. Is it a case of the green LED's not flashing, or do they flash and no heart rate reading.

No green leds like the charge HR that I have and no reading

Have you down a restart? Either by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 12 seconds., or a shutdown through the seer tongs menu?
