I have had my Fitbit Blaze for about a month now. Today it stoped tracking my Heart Rate. I have tried the tightness of the band, turning it from auto to on, reseting it, and shut down. But when it came back on it still would not track my HR. Any advice wold be much appriciated!

@danyell.m  Do the green lights flash?  You may need to contact support for further assistance.

Hello @danyell.m welcome to the Fitbit Community! The answer to @Kmransom123's question is really important, if the green lights are not and you already review the settings on your tracker it is possible the tracker's software is damage. In this case you will have to contact our support team for assistance. If the green lights are on please try the troubleshoot provided here.

I am having the same problem. My Blaze hasn't tracked my HR in over a week now. I have tried troubleshooting and nothing is working. The green lights are blinking and I have moved the blaze around my wrist along with tightening the band. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks!
