My Fitbit Blaze is 3 years old and has recently just stopped tracking my heart rate. It works sometimes but most of the time I just see “- -“ I have tried restarting, turning the heart rate setting on and off and changing the clock face. The lights at the back are lit up but it seems it just can’t find my heart rate!

Hi @SunsetRunner. Have you tried cleaning the contacts? That may help. Instructions are here. 

 

I’m also moving your post to the Blaze thread where others with the same device may have ideas.
