No UK REPAIR or Service centre

I have a cracked screen in my blaze no idea how this happened. I'm advised there is no UK repair service and basically told to throw it in the bin!!

Sorry @GW59 there is no USA based repair center either. Maybe a tgird party company could start one up.

I really don't care that's your problem all I know is consumer rights, so no problem I'm sure between John Lewis and the UK Trading Standards my issue will be resolved with them as I now realise you don't give a **ahem**!

Since everything posted in the community for Fitbit users is posted towards the fitbit users that try and help out here.  As for the Fitbit employees these posts might never be seen by any.

All i was pointing out is that Fitbit doesnt have repair centers.
