Good day,
The Blaze is not recording my active time even though it was present when I looked at statistics during workout. It shows zero on watch and dashboard. Heart rate statistics today are:
Yesterday was:
Any suggestions. I turn watch off a few times a week and battery records more than 80% prior to workout.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please provide me with the following information:
- Are you having difficulties with the Active minutes or with the exercise you performed?
- Have you checked if the information is missing from the online Dashboard too?
- Did you register your workout manually or automatically via SmartTrack?

In order to earn active minutes it is necessary performing intense activities. For information about how you earn active minutes I would recommend visiting this article.
If your activity was intense but you weren't granted active minutes, please tell me which activity are you having difficulties with. In addition, can you please try to perform the activity once again and let me know how it goes?

Good day,
My activity was rebounding for over 40 minutes, which for about 20 minutes
my arms were over head doing jumping jacks. I also checked my heart rate
during the exercise. I set an independent timer too so I am sure of the
time I was exercising. I performed the activity again but without being
connected to another device (e.g., Pacer App with GPS) and the active time
showed on the watch.
