No dollup, also drops me during setup when using another dollup

Fitbit Blaze arrived without the dollup, so I used a dollup from a previous fitbit to try and set up the device.  It dropped me about a half dozen times at various points of trying to go through the setup routine.  So far the Blaze is a total bust for me.  Rather than wasting my time with a long string of messages, what is you phone number for a knowledgeable, warm body?  Also, does it matter what generation of dollup I use?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @PSDiver! 🙂 when you mention a dollup do you mean the USB Dongle?  If you are referring to the Dongle used to sync the tracker to your computer,  the Blaze doesn't include a Dongle as it should sync with the charging cradle, also Fitbit Dongle will work with the tracker if required during the set up process.
