No fitstar work outs on blaze

Why are there no fitstar workouts on my blaze even though everything else is working? Already got fitbit account set up from previous fit bit and its already synced and pair up to devices for everything else to work.

Everytime i go into it it just tells me

'Welcome to fitstar...sync your blaze in the fitbit app to get fitstar workouts on your wrist'.

Done the usual restarting several times but its still the same.

Device is showing as synced in fitbit app. 😣

I'm having the same issue. I've been using the Fitstar on my blaze every week for well over a year now. Last time I used it was just last week. Today I went to use it and I also have the message "sync your blaze in the fitbit app to get fitstar workouts on your wrist". I have synced it 3 times, restarted the watch and also repaired the device and I am still receiving the same message.

Reset it, try to sync it again OR delete it from your Fitbit app and pair it again, should work

It is better to set up the tracker as a replacement to itself, then to remove tye device. This way if something goes wrong you will still have a tracker attached to your account.

I just synced the new firmware and now Fitstar and relax modes are both not working.. I get the message to sync my blaze with the app. Did it 4 times and restarted the blaze 4 times..problem still persists.  Ideas?

It's great to see new faces @Mepresha, welcome and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with the FitStar and relax features? If you do, could you please provide me with a screenshot of the message you are seeing? In the meantime, if the problem is with syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
