I have no green light for my blaze, it just suddenly stopped working and now it can't read my heart beat rate.

Without the heart rate sensor working, i would not expect it to read your heart rate.

@Beck1576 have you looked at your settings on the Blaze to check if the heart rate is set to on or auto?

If it is, lets go to shutdown snd turn it off.

Just a note, uou might have to sync yo get the time correct.

@arun_jv7 have you shutdown your Blaze through its settings menu, now press any button to restart.

I was having the same problem, no green lights so no sensing of my heart rate.  I changed the the heart rate setting from ON to AUTO and did a Shutdown of the blaze.  It now is correctly reading my heart rate and activity levels.

Had this happen on my Blaze. My solution was to scroll right to Settings, scroll down to Shutdown, and press to Shutdown. Hope this helps you as much as it helped me.

Welcome to the Community @Dan_V@geffo and @Scratchshooter thanks for stopping by and for the tips provided.

If your tracker's heart rate sensors are not working, I recommend restarting your devices. After this process, please change one more time this setting from "On" to "Auto".

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

yes I tried this  a few times and nothing, then it started working on its own now its so hit and miss and inaccurate? It was fine at first, also it is very hit and miss recording the sleep function more miss. I connect the blaze through my computer with a fit bit dongle as I cannot connect to phone, need a new phone to do this. I still think its a faulty unit?

I bought My first fitbit last year in May 2019. In July I had the first swim with my versa in a 1.5m pool, it broke few minutes after. I then got a replacement but again within the next 3 months, my new watch stopped working. At this point, my disappointment with this device reached the zenith. I wanted to buy Garmin, therefore, have asked fitbit for a  full refund but was told I could not get it and that they'll be sending me another replacement.

Today, 9 months after I received the third replacement, the green sensor light stopped working. I tried switching the device off, restarting it etc, to no avail. Finally, I have given up on fitbit and waiting for my new Garmin watch to arrive. Sorry but Fitbit is so not worth the money.
