No heart rate AND no steps

Hi,

my steps are being counted incorrectly for a few weeks now. Ive turned the fitbit off and reset it, ive let it die then charge to full and sync it but nothing is helping. I know i walk 10.000 steps at work but im lucky if it reads 600!! 

 

It also doesnt track my heart rate anymore. There is no green light on the back. Ive always had it set to ‘ON’ , tried changing thru all settings but nothing helps.

 

The sleep monitor is still working tho. 

 

I only got the blaze in october and cant find a reciept to exchange it, so im looking for a solution.

If you paid by Credit or Debit card then your statement should be enough for proof of purchase (but it is still up to the retailer) if you paid by cash then that might be a problem, but you can ask anyway, the serial number on the device should have been recorded when it was sold so they should have a record of it.
