No longer able to look at sleep record

Looked at sleep record, only got to view it once and now It's gone, not permanent record on my app at all. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? I'm new to Fitbit and I'm not yet sold on it yet. I'm willing to stick it out. But I'm not sure I should set up sleep app as I work nights. My Microsoft Band 2 would detect and record any sleep with or without activation of the sleep mode. Any chance someone who knows what the best way forward is. Thanks in advance.

@JudeKnight your Blaze will detect sleep without you doing anything.

Im not following your question though and need some clarifacation.

When you say you viewed it once and now it's gone:

  • Are you looking at the same days record that you where able to see it on, could you have deleted the ?
  • Is it that the sleep was recorded up to a specific date, and then stopped?
  • Is it that the sleep tile has disappeared from the app.
  • When you go to Fitbit.com does the sleep show up inn the online dashboard.
  • Check  https://www.fitbit.com/sleep

The word gone could mean several things, sorry.
