I have been using my blaze off and on for a year and a half. It's been working perfectly. For the past three months I've been using it day and night. Now over course of a week, it's taken a decline and now no longer holds a charge. Or I'll charge it, put in on in the morning and by the time I get to work and check the time, it's dead and I'm taking it off and tossing it in my bag. Really disappointed in the lack of longevity of this tracker...

Same with me. My Blaze is 26 months old and the battery is no good any more. Loved using the Fitbit Blaze watch but if this is the expected life span I will be looking elsewhere fro a replacement.

I spoke to support and they were useless, they basically told me 'hard luck' and 'would I like to buy a new one?' I live in a house with 4 other Fitbit users (Whom i recommended fitbits to) and having seen how I have been treated they have all said they wont be replacing theirs via Fitbit either.

Fitbit if you are at all interested you have just lost 5 loyal customers!

I have experienced the same thing with my Blaze.  I have used it night and day (Literally) for less than a year and a half and all of a sudden it will no longer hold a charge, and will not charge and past the blinking red no charge state.  I would like an explanation and some type of service for my issue.  I love my FitBit and the community, but at this juncture if I do not receive some type of support I will be purchasing some other fitness tracker to replace my no longer functional Blaze.  I would think a device should work for longer than 14 months.

I would expect an explanation of this systemic problem that affected so many (based on the forums and threads) and some type of discount that could be applied to any type of FitBit tracker of my choosing.

Please provide some support.

I never received any help or support on this issue since. I am sad to say I have moved on from fitbit, especially after trying the Versa only to have it shrivel and burn my skin at the sight of the HR monitor... I had been researching for similar companies and am happy to say that I found Misfit trackers. They are really great, look stylish (unlike a lot of fitbit models) and have a really comparable app. I've been using the Misfit Shine 2 for a month and absolutely love it. They have great support as well, I highly recommend. Sorry Fitbit, if you could just take responsibility for the failure of your products and provide the right support, people wouldn't leave.
