No more notifications on Blaze

Hello everyone !

First of all, excuse me for my english, it's not my main language.

Yesterday, I replaced my iPhone with a Huawei Mate 10 pro and my Blaze don't recieve notifications anymore. I tried to unpair my Blaze, I tried to reinstall Fitbit app, ... but there's nothing to do.

Moreover, I can't control music anymore.

I also noticed that it's "harder" to synchronize my band, like if the connection was totally lost.

I'm using the same configuration than on my iPhone, that is to say I've disabled "All day sync" (I'm not sure of the translation of "Synchronisation continue").

I hope that someone here can help me.

Thank you,

Hugo

It's great to see you around @Iberos and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

First of all, I recommend verifying if your phone is a compatible mobile device. If it is, please take a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there. If your phone isn't compatible, you can always follow the same steps but I don't guarantee it will work 100%. Also, follow the steps provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
