Hi All,

A little help please, my Blaze is paired with my iphone 7 but for some reason the music controls dont work, the volume buttons do but the screen shows up as 'No music'

Huh, that's strange... So, if the music is playing and you use the volume buttons, will they work with controlling the volume on the music or they just show up but don't work either?

The first thing that I can suggest would be to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. See if after that, when streaming music you're able to see and control it from your tracker.

If that doesn't work, try going to your phone's bluetooth settings. Here, look for your Blaze, tap on it, hit the "Forget this device" option and then go to your Fitbit app, tap on your tracker at the top of the dashboard, go down to "Notifications" to enable them and it will ask to pair with your tracker. Once this happens, the music control feature should work as well.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes and welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

I've never used the music option. Help me understand!

I have music on my Android.

The tracker is synced.

When I swipe from top to bottom for the music option, Shows

"Notifications On"

Music note "Not Connected"

What do I need to do to have my music show up?

Hi @DJSuperMario, good to see you in the Forums! 🙂

In order to be able to control your music from your phone when you use an Android device, you need to have Bluetooth Classic enabled. For this, go to the last screen on your Blaze to access the Settings. Here, look for Bluetooth. Make sure that the option for Bluetooth Classic is enabled. Once you've enabled it, go to your phone's Bluetooth's settings and you should see a new device called Blaze Classic. Tap on it to pair it to your phone and once it's connected, you should be able to play music on your phone and to control it from your Blaze.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
