No notifications but Blaze + Phone are paired--help!

My cell phone shows "Blaze" in the list of paired devices, on the Blaze, notifications are set to "On". I have selected on the FitBit android app to receive notifications of incoming calls through "Phone" and text messages through "Messenger". I get notifications for the incoming call but not the SMS messages sent through either "Messenger" apps (Facebook and the Messenger that comes with Android).

@RoxyBrickhouse have you looked at the main thread yet. 

With the android mess anger I think their might be a setting to show body, but not sure. 

Did you go into sounds an motifs Atkins on the phones settings, set the show on lock screen to always.. Also make sure your messaging app is set for dedalult. 

Now for the bad part of android messaging, if there is more than one unread message you will only get a message count and users names. 

I use Google medsanger.
