No notifications from blaze with Samsung S8

I have the Samsung S8+ and I've been trying to get the notifications to work with the Blaze since 8/14/17. I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support and they finally gave up and said the app is ready for the S8 yet, it's too new.

The blaze is a nice watch but I really wanted the notifications. This issue really should be fixed by now.

I have same problem on Galaxy S8 Active. No notifications at all no mather what  😞 The steps (data)  can sync but I have no notifications. Nothing.

Make sure that the phone is able to show your notifacations while the phones screen is locked.

Also set the phone to show notifacations in a popup message.

Set the apps that you wamt notifacations to show message content

Turn off DND, and phone volume is not on silent.

Working with any other phone 😞 HTC U11, Pixel XL, S8 etc.

With S8 Active no notifications at all. Using Gear S3 and I hate this...

I just relieved my new blaze last night and I am very disappointed the notifications aren't working with my Galaxy 8. I spoke with tech support today and she said they are working on it, but I was honestly so close to spending the extra money on the gear 3 instead. It receives calls and texts even without your phone if you get through carrier and it is waterproof, but it is also so bulky. I like the look of the Blaze much better. I hope this is resolved quickly. I will be so disappointed if I just blew $200!

If your trackers aren't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there.
