So when I get the "We found the tracker!" and "Enter the number on your display" message, the Blaze will vibrate as if it's showing a number...but there is nothing on the screen.
Last night I received a Blaze for Christmas, yay! I set it up and thought it was weird that the time wouldn't show the date...then I realized no other data was populating. Not steps, not heart rate, etc. I read on here, called customer service, did everything. I finally read to remove the device and start over. Well, now the device (after I keep pushing left button and bottom right to reset) will not show any numbers when it is found so it will not pair.
I'm a little upset as I can't find an answer for this. Looking for help folks.

I'm happy to hear you received a Fitbit Blaze as a Christmas gift, I'm pretty sure you'll love it! 😄
I'm sorry that it's not working yet though... that sounds very strange.
Have you tried by any chance to restart it? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and then, you can try to set it up again and see how it goes.
