No screen/green lights when removed from charger

Fitbit Blaze is fully charged [or so charger says!], but when I remove it from the charge unit it just goes blank....no flashing green lights....nothing!!! Dead as a Dodo......I know the battery is full....and the screen is ok, as it works to touch [although I cannot change the screens by swiping] whilst in the charge unit.

I have tried the reset [left+bottom right buttons], to no avail....and have searched the forum for any answers, but nothing is helping.

I have had it on charge regularly and haven't been able to use my fitbit sine July 7th!!!

HELP!

Take it back and exchange it where ever you got it or Contact support
