3rd night with Fitbit Blaze..no sleep tracking. it innermittenly and selectively tracks data. had sync. issues..no messaging. phone..samsung grand prime

Hello @turb0wed welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was reviewing the list of supported devices and noticed that the Samsung Grand Prime is not on the list. Some devices are not in the list of compatible devices but that does not mean are not compatible. Is just that we cannot guarantee that all the features will work or it wont present any issue in the future as it has not being fully tested. This is why I recommend to try the troubleshoot for notifications advised on this post. Regarding your sleep I would recommend to restart the tracker and test if for the night.
