A warm welcome to the Community @Spanyell. The reason why you are having problems with your GPS connection, is because Nokia 1520 is not a compatible phone. Keep in mind that you need to have a compatible device in order to have all the Blaze features. Please check our list of compatible mobile devices, in the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a compatible or another device.
