Not able to connect Fitbit Blaze to New Mobile

Hi,

 

Just got a new Mobile and one of the issues I'm getting (never experience below) is connecting the device to my Mobile. I have restarted the Device plus the bluetooth. I get stuck on the "Enter the number on your Display". I enter the details and it seems to take ages - goes in circles before connecting. 

 

I have done the following and not getting anyway:

 

1) Re-started the watch 

2) restarted the mobile Bluetooth and GP

3) tried to reconnect 

 

PLEASE HELP!!!

Is it on the supported list? If not than that could be why
