I just updated my Blaze to version 17.8.401.3 but I'm not able to view the new sleep graph that shows the rem stats. Do I need to set-up my profile to view the new sleep graph?

Yes i have exactly the same problem. The new sleep patterns were great showing REM, LIGHT SLEEP, DEEP SLEEP now its gone back to the old normal graph. Can someone please respond how to fix this as it is a major one. My ios phone is up to date along with fitbit latest update.

@rginella@DARREN-GI would be sending an email to Support at this link
I was getting the odd problem, but put it down to waking up and then going back to sleep and Fitbit interpreted some of it as less than 3 hours and I finished up with some old and new graphs in the same night. Editing fixed that.

@rginella Thanks for the post. So that you can help others.. What worked, and if edited, was it on the phone or PC?

Thank you! That worked. I see the new graph now. 🙂

Sorry but what do you mean by editing. Are you altering the times you actually sleep?

@rginella Thanks. I have found if you have borderline 3hr sleep graphs (total elapsed time) I edit the graph and extend the start and/or finish time and I get the sleep graph with some extra awake time. Sometimes some light sleep because I have been lying in bed checking my Fitbit emails. with non-detected movement.
Provided you have been wearing your HR tracker. It measures the Heart Rate Variable (HRV) to establish what stage your brain is to help determine the sleep pattern. This non-Fitbit article is helpful
Edit, I meant... I have had success deleting the whole sleep record and recreating it and always syncing. Mainly from the phone.. ie... Delete first the sleep record, sync to clear the record on the Fitbit Server. Create another on the phone and sync again.. There is sometimes a lag, and... then the correct sleep record shows up.

I took off my Fitbit Blaze and recharged it. I hit edit sleep via my PC but I didn't really change anything. I see the updated graph for Tuesday & Wednesday nights but prior to that, I only see the old graph for the previous days. I had over 7 hours of sleep Tuesday & Wednesday. But the prior days, I only had about 4 hours of sleep. I'm wondering if that's the reason. I'm working real late tonight and will get less than 7 hours of sleep. I'll see what kind of graph I get in the morning.
Question to you (Marathon Racer) what exactly did you do (i.e. what do you mean by edit, and did you edit via your pc or phone)?
Thanks again.

@DARREN-GYes I was fiddling with the start and finish times to try and get the new sleep graph.
As of posting this I now have 31 days of new sleep records and I can examine my 30 day benchmark..
Over this time I have only had 3 hiccups.. 2 with some old and new graphs on the same day and last Sunday a whole day of old.. Between support an me we fixed that the whole day one by ensuring there were no sleep records and doing as I suggested in my earlier post about deleting etc recovered that sleep record.

The mixed sleep day, all it need was deleting the old sleep segment and editing the remaining new segment to reflect the total "in bed time"....
